Stipulation (Special Lease Provision)

A rest-rotational grazing system utilizing at least two (2) separate pastures and one (1) herd will be required. Any additional improvements necessary to implement the rotational grazing system will be constructed by Lessee at Lessee's sole and exclusive cost and expense if deemed necessary by the board. The Board may at any time require that Lessee annually submit a written plan satisfactory to the Board for use of this grassland, specifying the stocking rates and grazing dates, which must be approved in writing by the Board prior to the commencement of grazing each year and shall be followed by Lessee.
