The appraised value and contributory value to the stock dam inventoried as an appraisable improvement for $300.00, and all costs thereof will be fully depreciated at the expiration or termination of this Lease, at which time the appraised value and contributory value to the land of the stock dam be zero and it will become an appraisable improvement with zero value, and cannot be removed from the real estate. At any time during this lease, the Board may sell or harvest the timber on this land, and the Board will receive all payments and/or income from the timber harvest. The Board, in its sole discretion, will determine the harvest method, harvest dates and logging road locations. The Lessee agrees to cooperate with this timber harvest and allow full access across the land, including any cropland. The Lessee will be appropriately compensated for any resulting damage to growing crops on the cropland, which may be, but is not required to be, in the form of rent reductions, direct payments or other suitable consideration or accommodation, as determined in the sole and absolute discretion of the Field Representative.
